At All That Dance, our Dance Educators:

  • Design lesson plans and teach dance classes based on the All That Dance curriculum and brain-compatible learning principles

  • Attend all staff and department meetings to build teamwork, collaborate with peers, and grow as instructors

  • Serve as role models for growing dancers

  • Have the opportunity to work with our advanced dancers through our All That Dance Company program

  • Provide year-end recommendations for dancers to continue their growth

All That Dance offers 401K opportunities and a transparent pay scale with wages ranging from $20 to $50 per hour to ensure that experience and expertise are adequately compensated. Positions offered to potential faculty depending on experience and skill level, availability and interest in teaching multiple genres, ages, and levels. Are you a skilled dancer with a passion for teaching kids? Do you have at least 2 years of experience teaching ballet, tap, jazz, or hip hop to children If so, we have the perfect job opportunity for you!

Our dance studio is looking for an enthusiastic and talented dance instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching dance classes to children of all ages and skill levels. You should have a strong background in ballet, tap, jazz, or hip hop, as well as experience teaching these styles to kids.

As a dance instructor for kids’ classes, you will play a critical role in helping children develop their dance skills, build confidence, and have fun. You should be able to teach the assigned lesson plans while also being sensitive to each child's individual needs and abilities.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and can interact politely and professionally with parents. You should be patient, energetic, and able to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Cascade Dance Academy on Snoqualmie Ridge (about 12 minutes past Issaquah) is looking for a beginning to advanced ballet and pointe teacher for the coming school year and beyond!  Classes are Thursdays, approximately 4-9:15pm and include beginning ballet for 7-9 year olds, intermediate ballet, beginning pointe, int/advanced ballet, and int/advanced pointe.  The schedule might be able to be tailored slightly depending on teacher preference.  Our studio has a performing company rather than a competition team, which promotes a great environment for teachers and students alike with more of a focus on artistry and love of dance than routine scores.  If you think you might be a good fit, please email us at info@cascadedance.com
