Choose Your Fitter
Every dancer is different. Now, your fitting experience can be too.
At Dancewear Center, pointe shoe fitting is more than a single appointment — it’s an ongoing relationship. By booking with a specific fitter, you can have consistency in your appointments, or try working with someone new!
Whether you’re returning for a refit or starting your pointe journey, you now have the option to choose the fitter who best aligns with your needs.
If you’re new to pointe, you’re welcome to book with any of our fitters — we’ll guide you every step of the way!
Please note that our pointe shoe fitting schedule often runs separate from store hours. If you have any questions about your appointment time, please reach out to us directly at info@dancewearcenter.net.

Our Fitting Philosophy
At Dancewear Center, we approach pointe shoe fitting as a craft.
Every fitting begins with listening — understanding the dancer in front of us, their training load, their goals, their history, and how their current shoes are performing. We assess strength, alignment, flexibility, and foot shape before we ever reach for a shoe.
Our goal isn’t simply to find “a shoe that works,” but to identify the right balance of support, longevity, aesthetics, and function for where that dancer is right now.
A fitting with us is thoughtful, education-driven, and ongoing. We document each appointment, track changes over time, and remain available for follow-up, troubleshooting, and refits as dancers grow and their needs evolve.
This is not a transaction — it’s a long-term partnership in your training.
