Community Movement Class

💃 Join Our Open-Level Community Movement Class with Holly Logan!
We’re thrilled to welcome Holly Logan, a Choreographer, Dancer, and Educator in the Seattle area, to lead an open-level community movement class during Community Day! With extensive training in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Musical Theater, and years of experience performing and teaching locally and nationally, Holly brings energy, expertise, and passion to every class. This is your chance to move, explore, and connect—all levels welcome!

Community Sound Bath

To close out our day, local Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, and former DWC Ambassador Heather Smith will be leading a sound bath to send us off relaxed and grounded. You will be immersed in resonant sounds, from various instruments, and guided through a meditation. Sound baths activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

Space is limited - come early to secure your spot! We ask that the space be kept quiet for this experience - this includes silencing devices. Any young participants will be asked to leave if they become disruptive.
