Adri Polyak is a nonbinary creative from Arizona, where they began their dance journey at the age of two! By the time they turned nine, they were training and competing in styles such as clogging, tap, jazz, hip hop, musical theatre and more! When Adri turned twelve, they started assisting classes with their mom and by age fifteen, they were teaching their own classes at their mom's studio. Teaching classes such as pom/cheer, acro/tumbling, tap, jazz, and strength and conditioning- ranging in ages from three years old to sixty-five! Adri also continued to dance throughout high school, both on their high school Pom Team and in the studio. After the completion of high school, Adri continued to dance with the GCU Dance Team while studying Psychology. During this time, Adri also taught Master Classes in Tap all around Arizona and taught a tap class at the Step Up To Dance Convention. Adri was a member of the Tap 24/7 tap company based out of Phoenix, AZ in 2016, 2017 and 2024 and will be auditioning in 2025! Now, residing in Seattle, WA since 2020, Adri has completed their Bachelors and Masters Degree in Psychology, as well as obtained their Life Coach certificate in which they utilize these learned skills from their degree throughout their teaching. Adri values individuality and providing. a safe, welcoming. environment for all of their students. Their teaching philosophy is "my students come to class exactly how they are and are met with love and support, and walk away with education beyond dance." This upcoming fall, they will be teaching tap, contemporary, hip hop, lyrical and jazz at various studios located all around Washington, will be continuing to find performance opportunities and continuing to build their photography portfolio.
